  • Partnered with stakeholders to create a robust and customized educational journey for Invisalign providers based on customer segmentation. Ensured our education aligns with marketing efforts.

  • Oversaw the design and production of all digital assets for live and online courses, including PowerPoints, online courses, video production, workbooks, etc. Used the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model to keep both stakeholders and vendors on a tight 8-week schedule to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Transformed the look and feel of all graphic elements to reflect Align’s current branding. This includes updating all live-courses, rebranding our Learning Management System, and created a brand new digital experience for online learning modules.
